A seasoned entrepreneur and advocate for sustainable development, Toby brings a global perspective to SGMT’s strategic vision. He is a partner at The Farm consortium of companies, an extraordinary group of companies developing, incubating and supporting innovative, collaborative solutions for a regenerative, thriving and equitable future.. With a background in media, technology, and social impact ventures, including co-founding the Naserian Foundation and Flying Kites in Kenya, he understands how to turn big ideas into actionable growth strategies. At SGMT, Toby spearheads partnerships, seeking out innovative brands with untapped ecommerce potential and aligning them with the agency’s expertise in brand development, sustainability, and digital transformation. James Storie-Pugh | Ecommerce & Growth

With over 25 years in direct-to-consumer ecommerce, James has built, scaled, and exited multiple international health and wellness brands. His expertise spans digital marketplaces, multi-brand retail strategies, and performance marketing. As co-founder of Pivot International, a leading cross-border marketplace agency, he has worked with some of the world’s most recognised brands to optimise their digital sales strategies. At SGMT, he leads the ecommerce division, helping brands maximise their potential through data-driven growth and conversion-focused optimisation. When not refining ecommerce strategies, he’s clocking miles—whether in ultramarathons or chasing after his son, Oscar.

A content strategist with a sharp editorial instinct, Christina understands the power of storytelling in building successful brands. She specialises in crafting high-impact content strategies that engage audiences, enhance brand authority, and drive conversions. At SGMT, she leads the creative direction for brand narratives, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with business goals and resonates authentically. Her personal experiences, shaped by resilience and adaptability, inform her ability to create meaningful connections through content. She is also a proud mother to Margaux, her greatest source of inspiration.

Matthew Storie-Pugh | Mental Health & Wellbeing

Matthew brings a holistic approach to mental health strategy at SGMT, ensuring that human connection and wellbeing remain at the heart of brand-building. A psychotherapist with a special interest in psychodynamic therapy, he combines deep theoretical knowledge with lived experience. His practice in Mayfair, London, focuses on helping individuals navigate challenges with both insight and practical solutions. At SGMT, he provides thought leadership on the intersection of mental health, brand storytelling, and consumer engagement in the digital age. He is clinical lead in developing TRNQL, a digital platform intending to redefine the future of mental health by blending cutting-edge technology with proven therapeutic methodologies.
