The Storie-Pugh family's journey to founding sgmt was one born out of adversity. Faced with personal challenges and setbacks, they discovered the power of holistic well-being in overcoming obstacles.

Determined to turn their negative experiences into a positive force, they united their diverse strengths and expertise. Through perseverance and a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health, they created sgmt as a way to share what they learned.

Their mission is to guide others in navigating life's storms, emerging stronger and more resilient by that that critical pillar of health, nutrition, is well attended to.

sgmt was formed from their desire to take profitable advantage of the burgeoning supplements market. Its founders recognised that their combined abilities and experience, allied with developments in technology, gave them the opportunity to create and position a range of premium branded targeted supplement brands at speed and at very low variable cost.

The founders’ genuine interest in healthy living ensures the brand exudes authenticity; any sgmt products will pass through their own filter as demanding and inquisitive consumers. This combined with critical insights, creative flair and the most rigourous cost metrics is a potent recipe for sustained success.

Christina's bilingual capabilities in English and French enhance her ability to tailor content for global markets, ensuring relevance and impact. Her strategic and creative approach consistently elevates brand visibility and fosters genuine connections with target audiences​

TOBY STORIE-PUGH / Branding & Strategy

Toby Storie-Pugh is a visionary leader and passionate advocate for sustainable development, serving as Partner and COO at The Farm. Toby's innovative approach and dedication to transformative projects align with The Farm's mission to address global challenges through creativity and sustainability​  and is co-founder of Naserian Foundation. With extensive experience in media, technology, and education, he co-founded Flying Kites in Kenya, leveraging storytelling and exploration to drive social impact.

JAMES STORIE-PUGH / Marketisation 

James Storie-Pugh has over 25 years of experience in global DtoC eCommerce, focusing on digital marketplaces, multi-brand retailers, and optimizing digital marketing channels. He has successfully funded, built, and exited three international health and wellness startups. James co-founded Mellow Store in London, scaling it into Europe’s leading digital marketplace for health products. In Hong Kong, he led Mellow Asia's go-to-market strategy, establishing a multi-brand eCommerce site. Additionally, he co-founded Pivot International, a global cross-border marketplace agency working with numerous digital marketplaces and brands.
