As we scale, we seek an Ecommerce Manager to drive best-in-class ecommerce execution for a Graceful. This role requires a hands-on, commercially sharp, and entrepreneurial specialist with deep experience in Shopify, Amazon, omnichannel ecommerce, performance marketing, and CRO.
The Role
The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for the execution, performance, and growth of Graceful’s ecommerce presence. Reporting to the SGMT Ecommerce Director, this role is hands-on in managing and optimising digital storefronts to maximise sales and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimise the ecommerce strategy for Graceful, ensuring exceptional performance on Shopify (DTC), Amazon, and other key platforms.
Manage and refine performance marketing efforts, collaborating with internal teams to drive customer acquisition, retention, and conversion.
Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to improve site performance and user experience.
Oversee day-to-day ecommerce operations, ensuring smooth execution of merchandising, promotions, and product launches.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
Leverage analytics to make data-driven decisions, optimising merchandising, pricing, and UX enhancements.
Manage ecommerce tools and integrations, ensuring efficient workflows and platform scalability.
Identify growth opportunities, including marketplaces, international expansion, and emerging digital channels.
Who You Are
A proven ecommerce specialist, experienced in Shopify, Amazon, and omnichannel strategies.
A data-driven executor, comfortable with performance metrics, CRO, and growth marketing tactics.
An entrepreneurial thinker, eager to take ownership and drive revenue growth.
A collaborative team player, working closely with other departments to enhance brand performance.
A technically adept operator, with hands-on experience in ecommerce mechanics and platform management.
A brand-focused digital expert, ensuring ecommerce execution aligns with SGMT’s strategic and creative vision.

Customer acquisition & retention performance (CAC, LTV, AOV)
