At Graceful, our email and CRM programme is at the heart of our business strategy. More than just a sales channel, it is a critical touchpoint for building deep customer relationships, delivering genuine brand value, and fostering loyalty. Nonetheless it is considered a core revenue generator programme. We are looking for an exceptional Email Marketing Manager to own and execute this programme, ensuring that every email and message is impeccably crafted, strategically deployed, and deeply resonant.

The Role

As Email Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic development, execution, and optimisation of our email and SMS marketing programmes, ensuring that every touchpoint reflects Graceful’s refined and thoughtful brand identity. You will work closely with key stakeholders—including the Marketing Director, Creative Director, Ecommerce Manager, and Product Team—to craft high-performing, on-brand campaigns and flows that drive engagement, retention, and revenue.

This is a hands-on role that requires a balance of strategic thinking and tactical execution. You will be responsible for continuously refining and expanding our Klaviyo-powered automation flows, segmentation strategies, and performance metrics to maximise impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage the email and SMS marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with Graceful’s broader business goals.

  • Automation & Flows: Own and optimise all Klaviyo flows, ensuring they are strategically designed, meticulously executed, and continuously improved.

  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and deploy compelling email campaigns that blend storytelling, education, and sales-driving tactics.

  • Segmentation & Personalisation: Use advanced segmentation strategies to deliver highly targeted, relevant messaging that enhances customer experience and conversion.

  • Design & Content: Collaborate with the Creative Director and wider team to produce visually stunning, copy-perfect emails that embody Graceful’s tone and values.

  • Performance Analysis & Optimisation: Develop and oversee an email KPI framework, continuously tracking, testing, and refining based on performance data.

  • CRM & Retention: Lead all email-related CRM activities, including list management, re-engagement strategies, and loyalty-building initiatives.

  • Cross-Channel Integration: Ensure a cohesive customer journey by aligning email and SMS efforts with paid media, organic content, and ecommerce strategies.

  • Compliance & Best Practices: Stay ahead of evolving email marketing best practices, compliance requirements, and deliverability standards.

  • A seasoned email marketing specialist with deep expertise in Klaviyo and lifecycle automation.

  • A strong visual thinker with impeccable design sensibilities—you understand how great design enhances storytelling and conversion.

  • A strategic and analytical mind with a deep understanding of segmentation, personalisation, and testing methodologies.

  • A natural storyteller with a keen ability to craft compelling, on-brand messaging across diverse email types.

  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, able to manage multiple workflows and adapt to a fast-moving environment.

  • Experienced in SMS marketing, CRM management, and retention strategies.
